摘要
试图分析中缅原油管道将正式贯通对我国进口原油运输成本的影响。首先分析了我国的主要原油进口国、进口量和运输航线等信息,然后选取了VLCC型油轮,根据其载重量、航速、日租金等数据,建立了使总运输成本最小的进口原油运输问题的数学模型,并给出了相应的求解方法。最后,利用实际数据进行了计算,结果显示中缅原油管道开通后我国进口原油的运输成本大约会降低4.23%。
In this paper, we first introduced the major crude oil exporting countries for China and the volume and route in the oil importation of China, then after seleeting the Model VLCC oil shipper and according to data such as the load, velocity and daily rent of the ship, we established the mathematic model to minimize the total transportation cost in the importation and presented the corresponding solution to the model. At the end, using practical data, we showed that we could reduce the total transportation cost in China's crude oil importation by about 4.23% after the launching of the China-Myanmar crude oil pipeline.
