电子商务环境下物流企业服务能力研究文献综述 被引量:3

Review of Literatures on Service Capacity of Logistics Enterprises in E-commerce Environment

摘要 鉴于电子商务与配套物流服务的快速发展,基于交易成本理论、资源基础理论及复杂自适应系统理论,从物流服务的战略性认知研究、系统性认知研究以及消费者认知研究的角度梳理了现有对物流企业服务能力的认识以及研究。最后指出,对于电子商务平台、顾客、物流服务提供商三者之间的关系研究,有关消费者的个性、环境和不确定性对消费者行为影响的研究,对物流服务企业的服务能力构建的演化研究都是未来电子商务环境下物流企业服务能力研究的可能方向。 In view of the rapid development of e-business and the supporting logistics services and on the basis of the theories of transaction cost, resource foundation and complex adaptive system, we went over the current recognition and studies on the service capacity of the logistics enterprises from the perspective of strategic awareness, systematic awareness and consumer's perception of logistics services. At the end, we pointed out the possible directions for the future studies on the relationship between the e-business platform, customers and logistics service providers.
