摘要
改革开放以来,我国民营企业日益发展壮大,在国民经济中发挥着越来越为重要的作用。但资金、人才、技术、管理等方面存在的问题却不同程度的困扰着民营企业,并已成为限制其发展的瓶颈问题,因此,必须通过对各种瓶颈形成的原因进行分析,找到打破瓶颈的对策,从而为民营企业提供充足的资金保证,优秀的管理者和员工,先进的技术和科学的管理,使我国民营企业能够获得持久、健康的发展,更好地参与市场竞争。
Since China＇s reform and opening up, private enterprises in our country is increasingly growing, and plays a more and more important role in the national economy.
