摘要
以辽宁省14个地级市城市建成区为研究对象,从土地投入强度、土地利用强度、土地利用效益和土地利用可持续性4个方面选取15个评价指标建立城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用改选的突变评价模型结合GIS空间分析技术对辽宁省14个市2003~2011年的土地集约利用度进行综合评价,并分析其时空分异特征.结果表明:①研究期内辽宁省土地集约利用水平整体上是上升的,但表现出明显的时空差异,表现为以沈阳、盘锦、大连为中轴线向东西两侧降低,且东部地区城市土地集约利用水平高于西部;②从经济区域规划来看,沿海经济带土地集约利用水平最高已进入一般集约利用阶段,其次为沈阳经济区处于粗放利用水平,最差的为辽西北地区,一直处于高度粗放利用水平;③运用基尼系数判断辽宁省土地集约利用的空间差距变化,结果显示辽宁省城市土地集约利用水平区域差距整体上减小,但分布曲线呈“U”型,从2009年开始有上升趋势.
With the built up area of 14 prefecture cities of Liaoning Province as the object of study, the land intensive utilization degree of the 14 prefecture cities of Liaoning Province from 2003-2009 was evaluated synthetically of which is from four aspects : land investment intensity, land use intensity, the land use efficiency, and sustainable land use. And its time and space difference characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that (1)During the concerned time, land intensive use level of Liaoning Province is rising as a whole, but it shows the obvious space-time difference, which are embedded in Shenyang, Panjin and Dalian central axis spread out on either side of the lower, and the eastern city land in- tensive use level is higher than the west ; (2)From the point of economic and regional planning of view, Coastal economic belt of land intensive uti- lization level highest has entered the stage of general intensive utilization. Then, Shenyang economic zone is in extensive use, western Liaoning Province, the worst area, has been in highly extensive utilization level;(3)To judge space gap change of intensive utilization of land in Liaoning province through the Gene coefficient, and the results showed that land intensive use level regional disparity is decreasing as a whole, but distri- bution curve in "U" type, and it has a rising trend since 2009.
