摘要
在价值工程原理的基础上,对现有高校建筑的节能性进行技术经济分析,从设计的角度提出:根据高校的地域特点,进行节能方案设计、利用节能材料和采用节能措施,在满足使用功能使用的前提下尽量降低成本,实现性价比最大。
Through the principle of Value Engineering , this paper analyzed energy efficiency of the existing buildings in the colleges and universities. From the angle of the design, it suggests that we should adopt energy-saving measures and energy-saving materials to suit our measures, try one＇s best to reduce the eost under the premise of satisfying its functions, and this will make the biggest cost perfoImance.
