摘要
磁共振成像已被越来越多地用于乳腺疾病的诊断,但在发现病变的良恶性上仍然存在着重叠。磁共振扩散加权成像通过检测水分子的微观运动变化,可以产生反映细胞变化的定量,对于肿瘤细胞的定性提供独特的见解。磁共振扩散加权成像的表观扩散系数值与水分子的扩散成正比,与肿瘤细胞密度成反比,对鉴别乳腺肿瘤组织良恶性有一定价值。
Magnetic resonance imaging has been increasingly used for diagnosis of breast Lesions, while there is an overlap between MR imaging findings for benign and malignant lesions. Through imaging of the microscopic motion of water molecules, DWI can yield novel quantitative and qualitative information about cellular changes that can provide unique insights into tumor cellularity. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) from breast DWI, which is directly proportional to the diffusion of water and inversely proportional to the tumor cellular density, has been considered to be useful for characterizing breast tumors and distinguishing malignant lesions from benign lesions.
