摘要
目的：探讨牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎的临床治疗效果。方法：收集2011年5月～2013年2月来我院治疗牙周炎患者62例，采用随机数字表法随机化分为两组，对照组给予单纯牙周组织再生术治疗，治疗组给予行牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗，分析其治疗过程与治疗结果。结果：两组治疗后组间比较，龈沟牙周探诊深度、出血指数、菌斑指数、平均附着丧失以及探诊出血的差异比较，具有明显统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎效果优于单纯牙周组织再生术治疗效果，值得临床推广使用。
Objective Explored the clinical effect of Periodontal tissue regeneration and Orthodontics treatment of periodontitis. Methods Collected our hospital 62 patients with periodontitis form in May 2011 to in February 2013, using a random number table randomized into two groups,the control group was given a simple periodontal tissue regeneration therapy,the treatment group received Periodontal tissue regeneration and Orthodontics treatment,during treatment and treatment analysis of its results. Results After treatmented between the two groups, the gingival sulcus probing depth, bleeding index, plaque index, mean attachment loss and bleeding on probing compared with a statistically significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Periodontal tissue regeneration and Orthodontics treatment of periodontitis better than simple periodontal tissue regeneration treatment, worthy of clinical use.
