摘要
目的分析乳腺叶状肿瘤（Phyllodestumorofbreast，PTB）的病理分级与超声声像图特点，并探索二者的关系。方法回顾性分析哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院经手术病理证实的54例PTB患者的临床资料、病理分级及声像图特点。结果54例患者手术病理证实均符合PTB，其声像图多表现为较大、分叶状、边界清晰的低回声实性或囊实性团块。病理所示良性7例，交界性43例，恶性4例。肿块大小、形态、内部回声、血流分级与病理分级均相关，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论PTB的病理分级与超声表现关系密切，但仍缺乏特异性，确诊仍需穿刺活检或手术。
Objective To mlalyze the pathological classification and ultrasonic features of phyllodes tumor of breast（PTB）. Methods Fifty - four patients in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Harbin Medical Uni- versity with PTB confirmed with pathology were enrolled. The clinical, pathological and ultrasonic features of PTB were retrospectively analyzed. Results All masses of fifty - four patients were confirmed as IYI＇B pathologically. FIB usually was presented as big, lobulated, hypoechoic solid or cyst - solidary. All patients were included into seven benign, forty -three borderline, four malignant. Pathological classifications were related to the sizes, shapes, echoes and blood of the masses （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ultrasonic features were related to pathological classifi- cations, but they were lack of specificity. The final diagnosis relies on needle bioosv or oatholo^ical results.
