摘要
职院校外语教师是高职教育的践行者和承担者,其肩负着发展高职教育事业、实现高职人才培养目标的特殊使命。本文从学习型高职外语教师团队的内涵及特征、建设学习型高职外语教师团队的现实意义、建设学习型高职外语教师团队的方法等方面探讨了高职院校如何建设学习型外语教师团队。
Foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges are the practitioner and the undertaker of higher vocational education.
