摘要
当前成人高校收费管理还存在收费管理体系不完善、岗位设置不合理、收费流程不规范、财务核算不严格、内部审计不力等问题。可以从加强内部制度建设入手,合理设置收费管理岗位,规范收费流程,加强收费管理的事前、事中和事后内部控制等几方面加强管理,使成人高校收费管理工作规范化、系统化和现代化。
As an important part of adult college management, fees and finance now face problems in the management system, position setting-up, fees payment procedures, financial review and internal audit. The essay aims to strengthen the construction of internal control system, set up positions reasonably, standardize fees payment procedures and ensure better internal control in all times and aspects of fees and finance so that fees and finance are managed in a standardized, systematic and modem way.
