摘要
104名医学研究生独立设计电生理实验能力诸因素评价显示:"口头报告(语言表达、答问灵敏)"感染力强;"PPT制作质量(内容清晰、文字简练、美工)"显示出良好的视觉效果;"实验设计(理论正确、方法与步骤严谨、可行、思维创新)"中"思维创新"难度比较大;"筹建电生理实验室(主要技术、仪器配置、经费预算、实验室布局)"得分均数最低,提示对医学研究生的创新、创造和创业教育中,创业训练难度最大。
This study aims at an evaluating assessment of 104 medical graduates' abilities who gave the class presentation for electrophysiological experimental design during the period of 2000-2008. The assessments were submitted by the judges who were much skillful both in electrophysiology and in medical education. The data, at the statistical significance level of P 〈0.05 ( ANOVA), exhibited the strengths and weaknesses of the graduates'abilities: very attractive oral presentations and nice PPT slice visual effects; not very bad quality of experimental designs, but hard creative thinking; badly difficult in electrophysiological lab setting up. The important feedback information is crucial for the teachers and the students to modify the teaching-learning strategies further.
