多模式联合教学法在急诊临床护理带教中的运用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察多模式联合教学法在急诊科护理临床教学中的运用效果。方法:试验组护生采用多模式联合教学法带教,对照组采用传统一对一带教,通过比较护生的护理专业知识、护理操作技能、护理病历书写能力、护理查房及护生对临床带教老师满意度等来探讨多模式联合教学法在急诊科护理临床教学中的运用效果。结果:与对照组相比,试验组考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护生对临床带教的满意率为92%,明显高于对照组76%(P<0.05)。结论:多模式联合教学法在急诊科护理临床教学中的运用效果满意,建议推广使用。 Objective: To observe the efficiency of muhimodal combined teaching model in clinical nursing teaching in the emergency department. Methods: Nursing students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Multimodal combined teaching model was used in experiment group and traditional model in control group. The score of the expertise, nursing skills, writing nursing cases, nursing rounds and the satisfaction ratio were compared. Results : Compared with the control group, the score in experimental group was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The satisfaction of students to the teachers was 92% in experimental group, significantly higher than the control group was 76% (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The efficiency of multimodal combined teaching model in clinical nursing teaching in the emergency department is effective.
