摘要
目的:分析和评价医学模拟技术在临床技能培训中的应用效果。方法:对实习前医学生利用医学模型进行临床技能培训并对进行临床技能常规操作考核。结果显示,徒手心肺复苏、胸腔穿刺术、腹腔穿刺术、骨髓穿刺术、妇科检查、产科检查培训后考核成绩有提高。结论:心肺复苏模型,多功能穿刺模型等医学模拟技术在临床医学生教学中有不可替代作用,具有无风险、可重复性、提高医学生临床操作技能能力等优点。
Objective： To analyze and evaluate the application effect of medical simulation technology in clinical skills training. Methods ： Clinical skills training and the clinical skills assessment were conducted and the routine medical practice of medical students was examined. The results show that CPR, thoracentesis, abdominal paracentesis, bone marrow puncture, examination of department of gynaecology, obstetrics examination training examination results have improved. Conclusion ： the model of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, muhifunctional puncture model of medical simulation technology in clinical teaching medical students can be an irreplaceable role with no risk, repeatability, and can improve medical students＇clinical skills ability etc..
