合并有桡骨远端骨折的尺骨茎突基底部骨折手术与非手术的疗效比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的 比较合并有桡骨远端骨折的尺骨茎突基底部骨折手术与非手术的疗效. 方法 收集本院2009年5月至2010年5月,50例伴有桡骨远端骨折的尺骨茎突基底部骨折患者资料,随机分为两组,25例尺骨茎突骨折手术固定为A组,25例尺骨茎突非手术为B组.所有病人桡骨远端骨折行掌侧T型钢板固定,A组尺骨茎突基底部骨折行小螺钉固定,B组尺骨茎突基底部骨折不固定.术后随访6～21个月,平均13个月,采用AO组织的Gartland-Werley评分方法,对两组病例疗效进行比较. 结果 A组：优20例,良3例,可1例,差1例.B组：优10例,良3例,可7例,差5例,两组疗效差异有统计学意义. 结论 尺骨茎突基底部骨折手术组在腕关节功能恢复优良率明显优于非手术组,可见尺骨茎突基底部骨折需要给予手术治疗.
