摘要
本文阐述了体验式学习模型,针对中学化学教师培训中存在的问题,分析了在中学化学教师培训中运用体验式学习将能够产生的培训效果。
This paper expounds the experiential learning model, and in view of the problems existing in high school chemistry teachers' training, analyses the training effect of using experiential learning in middle school chemistry teachers' training.
