摘要
为了研究碳化硅铝基(SiCp/Al)复合材料薄壁件铣削变形规律,通过对薄壁件和铣刀进行三维建模以及网格划分,利用ABAQUS/Explicit中的热-力耦合分析模块进行铣削模拟。通过改变毎齿进给量f z和切宽a e来观测薄壁件变形的规律,并对仿真的结果进行分析。结果表明:工件整体变形呈U形,变形最小位置出现在工件长度方向中点附近,最大位置在工件两端。薄壁件变形随着毎齿进给量f z和切宽a e的增大而变形加剧。本文研究可为进一步研究碳化硅铝基(SiCp/Al)复合材料薄壁件铣削变形提供理论依据。
In order to study the silicon carbide aluminum (SiCp / Al) thin-walled composite milling deformation trend,the three-dimensional model of thin-walled parts and milling tool are establishment and meshed.The thermal-mechanical coupled analysis of ABAQUS / Explicit module is used for milling simulation.By changing the feed per tooth fz and cut width ae,the deformation trend of thin-walled partswas investigated,and the simulation results were analyzed.The results show that the overall deformation of the workpiece was u-shaped,and the minimum deformation location is near the central location of workpiece in the longitudinal direction,and the maximum position in the ends of the workpiece.With the increasing of feed and cut width,the deformation increases significantly and the deformation intensify.This paper can provide good reference for the further study of machining deformation of SiCp/Al composites thin-wall components.
