摘要
结合陶瓷企业实际情况,运用德尔菲法,构建陶瓷企业物流业务外包风险评价指标体系,应用层次分析法计算各风险因素的权重,综合灰色关联法和模糊综合评价法,提出陶瓷企业物流业务外包风险评价模型,最后进行实证研究,给出实证陶瓷企业的物流业务外包风险评价值,针对性地提出改进建议。
Reviewing the practical situations in ceramic enterprises, this paper uses the Delphi method to construct logistics outsourcing risk assessment index system, uses the AHP method to calculate the weight of each risk factor, uses grey relational analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give risk assessment model and makes an empirical study, finally gives some suggestions based on the logistics outsoureing risk assessment values.
