摘要
经典的220t/h级别高温高压锅炉过热器布置形式为:中级过热器作为屏过布置在炉膛内,高过与低过布置在尾部;文章通过借签超高压锅炉过热器布置形式,并通过详细的热力性能分析计算,提出了一种能有效节约锅炉成本的过热器布置方案。
The arrangement of classic 220 t/h high temperature and high pressure boiler superheater is intermediate superheater as screen lays inside the furnace, senior and elementary superheater lay in the tail. By taking examples of arrangement of super pressure boiler superheater system and analyzing thermal calculation, this paper raises an effective cost saving arrangement method.
