摘要
以山东省2002—2011年人力资本与经济增长时间序列数据为样本,运用系统动力学方法对其进行仿真分析。分析发现:山东省人力资本与经济增长之间存在着正相关关系,人力资本对教育事业费支出和居民消费支出参数较为敏感,而合理的政策导向可以使人力资本水平得到显著提升。
Based on the time series data of Shandong province from 2002 to 2011, data fitting and empirical analysis is carried out by using system dynamics method. And then policy simulation scheme is put for- ward. Results show that there is significant mutual influence between human capital and economic growth of Shandong province. Human capital is relatively sensitive to the education expenditure and consumer spending. Human capital level can be significantly improved by reasonable policy guidance.
