摘要
柘林水电厂是江西电网主力调峰、调频电厂之一,机组启停频繁。因设计原因,当下游尾水位偏低时,B厂机组停机过程中转轮会部分暴露在空气中,导致机组停机时间偏长,对推力轴瓦很不利,且不利于机组调峰、调频。介绍了现有的解决方案,提出了另外几种方案,分析利弊并重点探讨了柔性电气制动解决方案的可行性和优越性。
Zhelin hydro electric power plant is one of the main Peak-Load and Frequency modulation electric power factories in Jiangxi power grid. The generating unit starts and stops frequendy. Because of the design reasons, when the tailwater level of the lower reaches is low, the wheel will be partially exposed to the air during Plant B generating unit shut down, it will make the generating unit stopped for a long time, it is bad for the thrust bearing, it is also bad for the generating unit to adjust the peak and frequency. This article introduces the existing solution and other possible solutions, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each solution. It also discusses the practicability and superiority of the flexible electric braking solution.
