摘要
搭建了1套油品高温氧化结焦行为的实验室评价装置,并测定了两种润滑油高温氧化后的极性和非极性结焦前驱物及结焦的组成,研究了其热氧化结焦行为;同时,还考察了温度(200~280℃)和时间(4~24 h)对最终结焦量的影响.结果表明,随着温度的升高和时间的延长,润滑油的氧化程度加深,生成结焦的倾向增大.在此基础上可以通过结焦量-温度-时间三维图确定润滑油的安全使用范围.
An experimental apparatus for evaluating coking behavior of oils was set up,and the coking behaviors of two lubricating oils were evaluated.The total deposit amount,the hexaneinsoluble part and the coke amount were analyzed under different temperatures (200-280°C) and times (4-24 h),as well as the changes of components in cokes with temperature.The effects of temperature and time on final coke amount were investigated.The results showed that with the temperature rising and time prolonging,the oxidation of lubricating oil was deepened and the coke amount increased.The 3D diagram of coke amount-temperature-time of lubricating oil could be used to determine the conditions for safe operation of oils.
