摘要
以氧化铝为载体,Ni、W为活性金属组分,采用等体积浸渍法制备了NiW/Al2O3重油加氢处理催化剂,考察柠檬酸改性和柠檬酸-水热处理组合改性对催化剂加氢性能的影响,采用H2-TPR、XRD、HRTEM、UV-Vis等手段对催化剂理化性质进行了表征。结果表明,柠檬酸与金属组分间的络合作用减弱了活性金属与氧化铝载体之间的强相互作用,提高了WS2活性相的堆垛层数,促进了活性金属的硫化;进一步对改性催化剂进行水热处理可以适当提高WS2活性相的分散度,使催化剂的加氢活性得以提高。采用柠檬酸-水热处理组合改性的催化剂NiWCA-H/Al2O3对委内瑞拉脱沥青油具有良好的加氢脱硫及脱氮活性。
NiW/Al2O3 catalyst for heavy oil hydrotreating was prepared by Ni-W active metals located on Al2O3 with incipient wetness impregnation method,and the effects of citric acid and citric acid-assisted hydrothermal methods on the catalytic hydrogenation performance of NiW/Al2O3 were studied.The catalysts were characterized with H2-TPR,XRD,UV-Vis and HRTEM techniques.The results showed that citric acid weakened the strong interaction between active metals and Al2O3support,increased the stacked layers of WS2 active phases and promoted the sulfidation of active metals.With citric acid assisted hydrothermal method the moderate stacked layers of WS2 active phases were obtained,the dispersion of W species on catalysts surface increased.NiW-CA-H/Al2O3 catalysts prepared with citric acid assisted hydrothermal method had outstanding hydrodesulfidation and hydrodenitrogenation performance for Venezuela deasphalted oil.
