摘要
室内毒力测定和菇房药效试验表明 ,绿色功夫和锐劲特对食用菌害虫眼蕈蚊和果蝇有较强的毒力和较好的防治效果。绿色功夫对眼蕈蚊和果蝇的 LC50 分别为 5.0 8mg/ L和 2 .4 5mg/ L。锐劲特对眼蕈蚊和果蝇的L C50 分别为 8.75mg/ L和 8.50 mg/ L。菇房防治效果显示 :用质量浓度 12 .5mg/ L和 6.2 5mg/ L的绿色功夫液浇淋和喷雾菌袋防治效果达 88.6%、81.8%和 75.9%、65.1%。用浓度 33.3mg/ L和 16.7mg/ L的锐劲特液浇淋和喷雾菌袋 ,防治效果分别达 82 .5%、68.2 %、和 70 .4 %、56.4 %。
The results of toxicity test and effect trial showed that Cyhalothrin and Fipronil had high toxicity and good effect on Lycoriella sp. and Drosophila sp.. The LC 50 of Cyhalothrin on Lycoriella sp. and Drosophila sp. were 5.08mg/L and 2.45mg/L, and LC 50 of Fipronil on Lycoriella sp. and Drosophila sp. were 8.75mg/L and 8.50mg/L,respectively. The effect were 88.6%, 81.8% and 75.9%, 65.1%, respectively in the ways of pouring and spraying with 12.50 mg/L and 6.25mg/L Cyhalothrin, while the effect were 82.5%, 68.2% and 70.4%, 56.4%, respectively, with the same treatments with 33.33mg/L and 16.67mg/L.
