摘要
鸭跖草 Commelina communis L .是顽固性杂草。盾负泥虫 L ema scutellaris 1年发生 1代 ,以成虫滞育。用与鸭跖草同科及近缘科、属的植物对其食性进行测定 ,结果发现其食性单一 ,只取食鸭跖草。盾负泥虫的发生期与鸭跖草的苗期同步 ,幼虫的喜食与鸭跖草的多分枝特性相吻合 ,取食营养位与粘液细胞在鸭跖草植株上的分布及细胞的含糖量关系密切。
Commellina communis L. is a persistent weed in dry land and orchards in Northern China. Lema scutellaris (Kraatz) has one generation per year and overwinters as adult. This insect is a monophagous that feeds only on C.communis , not other plant species. As shown in our feeding tests, it refuses either the same of the closely related plant families or genera. The occurrence of the insect is synchronic with the seedling stage of C.communis . Feeding of the larvae is coinciding with the richly branching feature of the plant. The nutritional location where the insect feeds on a highly correlated with the distribution of the muscous cells of the plant and the cells'sugar contents.
