摘要
本文探讨淡竹叶中总黄酮类物质的提取工艺。采用超声波辅助的醇提-酯萃法,研究了与提取有关的影响因素,通过正交实验,探寻最佳提取条件。实验结果表明,淡竹叶干燥粉碎过筛60目,以70%乙醇为溶剂,经40kHz超声波提取30min,再水浴回流,提取率最佳。在最佳实验条件下得到2.11%的收率。在实验设计影响因素中,影响程度从大到小依次为粉碎度、超声时间、超声强度、溶剂浓度。
Study the way of the flavonoid compounds extracted. Use orthogonal test design to find the optimum condition. The experimental results show that extraction ratio was best when dried powder of the lophatherum graacile pour through a 250μm sieve,60% ethanol as solvents,40kHz ultrasound extraction 30 rain,water bath eircundluence. Under the optimum experimental conditions, get the rate of the rate is 2.11%. Among the experimental factors influencing the yield from big to low are : comminution degree, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic intensity and ethanol concentration.
