内质网分子伴侣蛋白在压疮局部缺血性损伤中的表达 被引量:2

The expressions of endoplasmic reticulum molecular chaperone proteins in pressure ulcer on the different stage of ischemic injury

摘要 目的:分析内质网分子伴侣蛋白在压疮损伤中的表达,探讨其在压疮损伤中的作用。方法:将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组(n=8),即对照组(Con),实验组分为1 c组、3 c组、6 c组、9 c组。采用HE染色观察受压组织的病理学变化,免疫组化法和Western blot检测受压肌组织中葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)、同源蛋白(CHOP)的动态变化。结果:光镜下发现,受压肌肉组织呈现逐渐退化的变化;免疫组化结果显示,实验组中GRP78,CHOP蛋白表达均高于对照组;Western blot检测发现,GRP78蛋白3 c组达到峰值(P<0.05),随后下降;CHOP蛋白1 c组表达显著(P<0.05),随后下降,9 c组再次升高(P<0.05)。结论:内质网应激诱导细胞发生损伤可能与压疮局部组织的缺血性损伤有关。
