虚拟切片在组织学实验考试中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨虚拟切片在组织学考试中的应用方法,评价应用效果。方法组织学实验考试采用传统切片拍照(PDF形式),混合切片与虚拟切片结合的方式。通过各部分考试试题分析与成绩计算统计,比较虚拟切片部分的难度、区分度与其他两种方法的差异。结果通过两年的实践和对考试试题、成绩的分析显示,虚拟切片试题难度系数0.67,较传统的切片观察、混合片考试为高,平均成绩显著低于这两种考试形式(P<0.01)。区分度计算显示虚拟切片试题区分度为0.51,高于另两种实验考试形式。虚拟切片成绩与理论考试成绩呈中度正相关。结论虚拟切片用于实验考试具有一定难度,但有良好的区分度,又有利于培养学生的分析能力,不失为一种好的考试方式。 Objective To evaluate the application of visual slides in experimental exam of histology. Methods Visual slides were used in addition to the picture of traditional slides and mixed slides during the experimental exam of histology for two years. Difficulty coefficient and discrimination index were calculated. Students' scores of differ- ent parts were compared. Results Difficulty coefficient of visual slides is 0. 67, higher than traditional slides and mixed slides (P 〈0.01 ). Discrimination index of visual slide is 0. 51, higher than that in classical and mixed examinations. Scores of visual slides appears moderate correlation with scores of theoretical exam. Conclusions Visual slide is worthy of use in exam because of its difficulty and good discrimination.
