儿童系统性红斑狼疮伴浅表性血管黏液瘤1例报告

摘要 患儿，女，11岁，汉族，因全身水肿1个月，皮下多发肿块4d入院。既往史及个人史均无特殊。家族中无遗传代谢及肿瘤病史。1个月前出现水肿，晨起明显，以眼睑及双下肢显著，伴有尿少，无肉眼血尿，无尿痛、尿急，病程中有短暂发热，
