摘要
针对煤气炉监控系统由于运行环境温度高、粉尘多、腐蚀严重等因素导致系统故障率高、维护量大的问题,提出了一种采用网络终端机(network computer,NC)替代普通PC的方法。介绍了煤气炉计算机监控系统硬软件的组成,并对煤气炉监控系统进行各种性能测试,根据测量结果分析研究NC对系统性能的影响,得出相应的变化趋势,为NC的进一步工业现场应用提供了理论和实验依据。研究结果表明:网络终端机在煤气炉监控系统的使用,大大减少了计算机的数量,对工厂的安全生产、降低设备维护成本和节能增效具有重要意义。
The abominable working environment such as high temperature, dust, serious gas corrosion etc. leads to the gas furnaces (GF) high failure rate and unsafety. A novel method using network computer (NC) instead of PC (Personal Computer) in the gas monitoring system was presented to solve the problem. Firstly, the hardware architecture was changed, and then the main evaluation methods were proposed. Finally the performance of the system was evaluated using NCs by measurement. The corresponding changing trend was then obtained. The data of the test indicate the NCs have fully function support, good perform- ance and powerful cooperating computer ability in the gas monitoring system. This work provides a new method of the complex in- dustrial process, and has an important and practical significance for ensuring the production safety and stability and improving in- dustry economy profits. It provides theories and empirical for the further application of the NC.
