摘要 大型船闸人字门通过在开口面设置预应力背拉杆来提高门体的整体刚度,减少人字门的下垂与扭转变形.文中由闸门平整度和下垂度构造出综合反映人字门整体变形程度的形态函数,并以闸门形态函数为基础,建立了理论体系较完善的背拉杆预应力优化计算模型.通过对长洲水利枢纽船闸人字门背拉杆预应力的计算和调试,表明这种方法简单而有效. By setting up diagonals applied with prestress,the miter gate in large locks can raise the integral rigidity and reduce the gravitational and torsional deformation.A shape function is constructed by the degree of deformation in both horizontal and vertical direction to reflect the integral deformation of the miter gate.Based on this shape function,a rather complete optimization model for calculating the diagonal prestress is established.Calculating on diagonal prestress of miter gate in Changzhou Hydro-junction Lock indicate that this optimization model is both easy and effective.Moreover,it also has general and directive significances in adjusting the diagonal prestress of miter gates on the construction sites.
