简述了促进再生资源产业发展的国家战略,回顾了以往税制改革期间对其税收政策调整动因,对产业形态务虚与务实的辩证关系进行综述性分析;探索性地提出了基于促进再生资源产业健康有序发展,筹备建立创新型资源循环利用智库联盟策划团队的工作思路。
The national strategy of promoting the development of recyclable resources industry is resumed, review the adjustment of renewable resources industry tax policy during the reform of tax system, summarized analysis has been carried out on research of the dialectical relationship of retreat and pragmatic of the industry form; exploratory put forward the work thinking of building the think-tank league planning team of the recycling of resources in order to promote the development of renewable resources industry healthy and orderly.
