独管塔模型与底板螺栓连接状态的声发射辨识试验方法研究 被引量:1

Study of Bolted Joint Condition of Single Pipe Tower Model and the Base Plate Using Acoustic Emission Identification Experiment Methods

摘要 通过对独管塔底板分别为铝板和Q235A钢的声发射缩尺模型试验研究发现:当底板为铝板时,螺栓连接部位声发射能量和振铃计数等声发射时域参数随着连接螺栓扭矩的增大其数值也增大,当达到额定扭矩(10 Nm)时达到最大,当超过额定扭矩时,其数值又逐渐减小,说明底板为铝板时声发射时域参数越大,螺栓的连接状态越好。当底板为Q235A钢时,螺栓连接部位声发射能量和振铃计数等声发射时域参数随着连接螺栓扭矩的增大其数值逐渐减小,当达到额定扭矩(10 Nm)时达到最小,当超过额定扭矩时,其数值又逐渐增大,说明底板为Q235A钢时声发射时域参数越小,螺栓的连接状态越好。 Based on the single pipe tower bottom plates made of aluminum and steel Q235A respectively, an experimental research of their acoustic emission scale models found that : when the bottom plate is alu- minum, the bolt connections time domain parameters such as acoustic emission energy and ring count, etc. , are increasing with the enlargement of bolt torque, but when the rated torque exceeds its peak of 10 Nm, these domain parameters will be decreasing, the test of which proves that the bolt connection is bet- ter while the acoustic emission values is on an increase. However, the steel Q235A bottom plate comes to- tally opposite during the experiment, which proves the bolt connection is better while the acoustic emission values is on a decrease. Although the experiment and research of this kind is at its initial stage, it is much of a guiding significance to the realistic engineering.
