儿童肺炎支原体肺炎并不典型Stevens-Johnson综合征1例 被引量：3

摘要 肺炎支原体（mycoplasma pneumonia ，M P ）是5～15岁儿童社区获得性肺炎的常见病原，肺外并发症包括溶血性贫血、肝炎、脑炎及皮肤损害等。由M P感染致不典型Stevens-Johnson综合征相关报道少，本文报告1例儿童 M P 肺炎并不典型 Ste-vens-Johnson综合征，仅表现黏膜受累而无典型的皮肤症状如下。
