摘要
通过对处理剂进行优选评价，确定了强抑制润滑钻井液体系配方，即（4％～6％）膨润土＋（O．4％～0．8％）聚丙烯酸钾KPAM＋（2％～3％）铵盐＋（2％～3％）抗温抗盐防塌降滤失剂KFT＋（2％～4％）胶乳沥青＋（2％～3％）超细碳酸钙＋（2％～4％）聚合醇＋（2％～4％）磺化酚醛树脂SMP-1＋（3％～6％）白油润滑剂。该体系在桩23区块6口井进行了成功应用，井身质量良好，机械钻速明显提高，为桩23区块安全及高效钻井提供了有力的技术保障。
