摘要
通过对处理剂进行优选评价,确定了强抑制润滑钻井液体系配方,即(4%~6%)膨润土+(O.4%~0.8%)聚丙烯酸钾KPAM+(2%~3%)铵盐+(2%~3%)抗温抗盐防塌降滤失剂KFT+(2%~4%)胶乳沥青+(2%~3%)超细碳酸钙+(2%~4%)聚合醇+(2%~4%)磺化酚醛树脂SMP-1+(3%~6%)白油润滑剂。该体系在桩23区块6口井进行了成功应用,井身质量良好,机械钻速明显提高,为桩23区块安全及高效钻井提供了有力的技术保障。
