摘要
碳金融作为一项应对气候变化的重要金融创新,逐渐成为世界各国金融界关注的焦点。虽然我国是全球碳市场最大的碳资源国家,但国内商业银行在碳金融业务方面的发展却相对滞后和单一。文章在分析国外发展碳金融经验的基础上,针对银行业对碳金融参与程度逐渐提高的现状,提出商业银行应培养专业优质人才、提高碳金融产品创新力、加强风险防范控制和深化国内外交流合作等发展碳金融的相关政策建议。
As an important financial innovation to respond to climate change, carbon finance has become the focus of financial community in the world. Although China has the richest carbon resources in the global carbon market, the development of carbon finance in domestic commercial banks is relatively slow and single. This article is a report based on the research of foreign experience in the development of carbon finance. By comparing domestic and foreign commercial banks in the development of carbon finance, the author points out that commercial banks should cultivate a high -quality professional personnel, improve the carbon financial products innovation, and strengthen risk prevention control and deepen exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad.
