摘要
2 0只家兔随机分为两组。试验组饲喂含免疫增强剂—“黄白散”1 .5 %的饲料 1 5d。两组在给药前 1d、给药后第 5 ,1 0 ,1 7,2 4,31d采血 ,检测各项指标 ,两组家兔的白细胞总数、ANAE+ 淋巴细胞百分率和E -玫瑰花环形成率 (经t检验 ) ,在给药前 1d ,给药后 5d差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,给药后 1 0 ,1 7,2 4d差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )或差异极显著 (P <0 0 1 ) ,在给药后 31d白细胞总数差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,其它各项指标差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;试验组家兔白细胞分类计数在正常值范围变化。结果表明 :“黄白散”
domestic rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.Rabbits in test group were fed containing 1.5% immunopotentiator of “Yellow-white powder” in the feed for 15 days.Blood samples in bothgroups were collected at one day before test,5th,10th,17th,24th and 31st day after treating with “Yellow-white powder”.The results shownas follows:Total white blood cell count,ANAE + lymphocyte transformationrate and E-rosette formation rate in control group at 10th,17th and 24th days after test(P<0.01 or P<0.05),but in test group only totalwhite blood cell count was significantly high at 31st day(P<0.01);white blood cell differentiating count in test group was in normalrange.These results indicate that“Yellow-white powder” can enhancethe resistance of body and cellular immune function in domesticrabbits.
