摘要
为将已有的基础地理信息数据统一到新基准下,设计了矢量数据和栅格数据的坐标转换流程,并基于GDAL开源库实现了shp格式和tif格式图像的高精度坐标转换。采用某地区的shp和tif格式数据进行实验的结果显示,转换后的图像数据与已知数据准确重合,表明该方法流程正确、实用。
In order to unify existed foundation geographical information data under the new datum,we designed the coordinate transformation flow between vector data and raster data, and developed a software to achieve highprecision coordinate conversion for shp format and tif format images on the base basis of GDAL. Experiments show that the results transformation image data are consistent with the accurate known data, which can be concluded that the methods are correct and useful.
