The influence of organic material on germicidal efficacy of cinnamon oil

摘要 目的探讨有机干扰物对肉桂油杀菌效果的影响。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法,对牛血清白蛋白影响肉桂油杀菌效果进行观察。结果无有机干扰物时,以0.60%的肉桂油水溶液对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,以1.0%的肉桂油水溶液对白色念珠菌作用10min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;有机干扰物浓度为3g/L时,以0.6%的肉桂油水溶液对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,以1.0%的肉桂油水溶液对白色念珠菌作用10min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;有机干扰物浓度为30g/L时,以0.6%的肉桂油水溶液对大肠埃希菌作用5min、对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min,以1.0%的肉桂油水溶液对白色念珠菌作用10min,杀灭对数值均>5.00。结论有机物的浓度对肉桂油的杀菌效果有一定影响。 Objective To observe the influence of organic material on germicidal efficacy of cinnamon oil. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the influence of different concentration of bovine serum albumin (BSA) on germicidal effects of cinnamon oil. Results Without the presence of BSA, the killing logarithm values of 0.6 % cinnamon oil to Eseherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus for 10 min and 1.0o/60 cinnamon oil to Moniliaalbican for 10 rain were all higher than 5.00 which were also observed under low concentration (3g/L) of BSA. However, by increasing concentration of BSA to 30g/L, the killing logarithm values of 0.6% cinnamon oil to Escherichia coli for only 5 rain could be higher than 5.00. Conclu- sions The concentration of organic material is able to affect the germicidal efficacy of cinnamon oil.
