摘要
研究了次氯酸的制备方法和分析方法,找到了次氯酸收率较高的工艺方法及其反应条件:用氯气和含水碳酸钠反应制取一氧化二氧,再用水吸收制取次氯酸;在温度0—10℃,碳酸钠含水质量分数7%-8%,氯气体积分数约25%的条件下,通氯2h,次氯酸最高收率达到54.64%。
The methods for preparation and analysis of hypochloric acid were studied. A process method and the relevant reaction conditions to produce hypochloric acid in higher yield were found. Chlorine gas reacts with hydrated sodium carbonate to synthesize dichlorine monoxide, followed by water absorption to produce hypochloric acid. Under the conditions that temperature ranges from 0 to 10 ℃, the mass fraction of water in sodium carbonate is 7% - 8% , and the volume fraction of chlorine is about 25%, introducing chlorine for 2 hours obtains hypochloric acid in the highest yield of 54.64%.
