摘要
加强建设用地监管,是地方政府提高土地利用效率、促进节约集约用地的重要举措。以高维属性智能融合方法为主、时空分析及其他信息技术为辅,按"计划、报批、征收、供应、利用"的建设用地全生命周期管理要求,对多业务、多环节、多属性的建设用地监管内容和分析模型进行研究,提出建设用地监管技术实现方法。开发了建设用地动态监管系统,并以武汉市为例开展系统应用实践,验证了该方法对建设用地动态监管是行之有效的。
Supervision of construction land strengthening is important for the local government to improve land use efficiency and promote economical and intensive land use. According to the life-cycle management requirements of construction land, i. e. ,planning, approving, expropriating, supplying and developing, this paper studies the multi-business, multi-link and multiattribute contents and the analysis model of construction land supervision and advances the way of realizing dynamic supervision of construction land. The construction land dynamic supervision system is developed and widely used in the land resource management of Wuhan City, proving the feasibility of the method in dynamic supervision of construction land.
