摘要
在抽样调查中,二重抽样可以在兼顾费用的基础上有效地降低抽样估计的偏差.但在无回答的子抽样中,还是可能存在着无回答,可以将二重抽样法与处理无回答的替换和插补方法结合起来运用,对二重抽样法进行改进.
In a sample survey, a Two - Phase Sampling scheme was developed to decrease the error with lower expenditure. When there are missed data in the second phase, Two - Phase Sampling doesnt work well. Some measures such as substitution and imputation to remedy subsample nonresponse were taken.
