摘要
文章构建了居民消费增长潜力理论模型,并以经济发达的浙江省为例,测算得出"十二五"时期浙江居民消费支出将增长近50%,对增长潜力的贡献大小依次是城镇居民收入增长、农村居民收入增长、城镇化率提高和人口增长,其中,居民收入增长的贡献率最大,超过80%,城镇化率每提高1%,对居民消费增长潜力贡献率为2.14%。"十二五"时期,浙江城镇和农村居民在交通通讯、文教娱乐、衣着和家庭设备等发展型或享受型消费方面支出增加较多,优化了消费结构,但农村居民居住支出占比高的问题依然存在。
This paper builds theoretical model of household consumption growth potential,then estimates household consump-tion spending will grow by nearly 50%during the 12th Five-Year of Zhejiang Province. The order of contribution to the growth potential is the income growth of the urban and the rural,urbanization rate and population growth. Maximum contribution rate of income growth is more than 80%,and for every 1%increase on the urbanization rate,contribution rate is 2.14%. During the 12th Five-Year period, urban and rural residents will increase considerably the consumption spending of transportation and communications,culture,education and entertainment,clothing and household equipment,but the high proportion of rural residents living expenditures will still exist.
