摘要
目的探讨瘤样炎性脱髓鞘病(tumor-like inflammatory demyelinting diseases,TIDD)的临床特点,以减少误诊误治。方法回顾性分析我院2例TIDD的临床资料并复习文献。结果 TIDD临床表现及影像学检查缺乏特异性,本文2例均误诊为胶质瘤,经组织病理学检查确诊为TIDD,给予糖皮质激素冲击治疗后,病情好转出院。结论 TIDD在颅内占位病变中少见,临床表现不典型,易误诊,应注意与皮质下胶质瘤鉴别。
Objective To explore clinical characteristics of tumor-like inflammatory demyelinating diseases （TIDD） so as to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Methods Clinical data of 2 patients with TIDD in our hospital was retrospectively ana- lyzed, and related literature was reviewed. Results Clinical manifestations and imaging of TIDD lacked specificity, so the 2 pa- tients were misdiagnosed as having glioma, and TIDD was confirmed by histopathological examination. The patients＂ condition im- proved after the impact therapy with glucoeorticoid, and then the patients were discharged. Conclusion TIDD is rare in intracrani- al mass lesions,and its clinical manifestation is not typical,so it may be easily misdiagnosed. Clinicians should distinguish it with subcortical gliomas in order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
