摘要
介绍了纳米银抗菌功能产品的特性,在此基础上以实例形式阐述了抗菌功能性针织面料产品的开发,阐述了原料规格、设备参数、组织结构、织针排列、三角排列、编织图、穿纱方式等编织工艺,以及前处理、染色、定形等染整工艺及注意事项。同时,对该产品进行水洗前和水洗50次后的抑菌测试,结果表明:该纳米银抗菌功能性针织面料具有优异的抗菌功能,且抗菌效果持久,符合标准要求。
The paper introduces the characteristics of nanometer silver antibacterial functional products. Accord- ingly, it develops a kind of new antibacterial functional knitted fabric, and also describes in detail the knitting technology, including the raw-material specifications, equipment parameters, patterns structure, needle arrangement, cam arrangement, knitting diagram and threading ways and so on, as well as the dyeing and finishing process, in- cluding pre-treatment, dyeing and setting. Meanwhile, the antibacterial properties of nanometer silver fiber knitted fabrics are tested before washing and after 50 times＇ washing respectively. The results show that the knitted fabric made in this paper presents excellent antibacterial properties with lasting effect, which can meet the requests of customers and the national standard.
