摘要
为探讨中草药添加剂对梅花鹿瘤胃消化代谢的影响，选用4头装置永久性瘤胃瘘管的成年梅花鹿，采用3个中草药添加剂水平，按4×4拉丁方试验设计，对瘤胃内pH值、氨态氮(NH3－N)和总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度进行了测定，并研究了它们的动态变化规律。结果表明，梅花鹿饲粮中添加中草药添加剂，可以显著的提高其瘤胃内pH值、TVFA浓度和乙酸与丙酸的比值(P<0.05)；对瘤胃内NH3－N浓度没有显著的影响(P>0.05)。瘤胃内主要代谢参数均随进食而呈现一定的动态变化规律。
In a 4× 4 latin square experiment design,4 adult sika deer fitted with rumen fistulas were fed with 3 levels of Chinese herbal medicine.The pH value,concentrations of NH3－ N and TVFA in the rumen were determined.The dynamic variations of the three metabolic parameters were measured respectively.The main experimental results showed that the Chinese herbal medicine had a marked effect on the pH value, TVFA concentration and C2 /C3 in the sika deer rumen(P< 0.05).
