摘要
用新旧剂型ABT生根粉处理马尾松种子 ,观察幼苗在造林后的表现 ,结果表明 :处理后的种子育苗造林 ,可提高造林成活率 ,对林木生长有持续促进作用。种子在 5 0× 1 0 -6的新剂型ABT8号溶液中浸泡 1 2h ,造林成活率最高 ;经ABT3号1 0 0× 1 0 -6、1 2h处理后 。
The results indicate that using the treated seeds for seedling raising and planting may enhance the planting survival rate and may constantly promote the growth of forest trees.The planting survival rate of the seeds soaked in the new medicamentous-form No.ABT 8 solution with the concentration of 50×10 -6 for 12 hours is highest and the seeds,after being treated in the No.ABT3 solution with the concentration of 100×10 -6 for 12 hours,possess the good promotion action for the height growth of forest trees.
