摘要
目的：探讨颅脑损伤昏迷病人鼻饲并发症的预防和护理措施。方法：对我院神经外科2011年12月-2012年12月1年间收治的50例颅脑损伤昏迷病人进行回顾性分析，观察各种鼻饲并发症的原因及护理措施，以及护理措施。结果：采取有效的预防和护理措施可以提高治疗效果，使病人尽快恢复。结论：对于颅脑损伤昏迷病人进行鼻饲之后需要采取合理的护理措施，避免并发症的发生，保障病人的健康。
Objective：To investigate the nasal complications comatose brain injury prevention and care measures. Methods：50 cases were treated in hospital neurosurgery December 2011 to December 2012 a year between head injury coma patients were retrospectively ana- lyzed,the reasons for observing a variety of nasal complications and nursing measures, and care measures. Results：To take effective pre- vention and care measures could improve the therapeutic effect , in which patients recover sooner. Conclusion： For patients nasogastric head injury coma after reasonable care measures need to be taken to prevent the occurrence of complications and protect the health of pa- tients.
