评价健康教育联合心理疏导对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者心理状态的改善效果 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育联合心理疏导对冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者心理状态的改善效果。方法:本次临床研究选择我院2010年1月-2012年1月之间收治的60例冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上接受健康教育和心理疏导,对比2组患者心理状态。结果:实验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及其心功能和心率指标均显著优于对照组,2组患者心理状态对比统计学差异明显(P〈0.05)。结论:由本次临床研究结果可知,冠心病伴焦虑抑郁患者在常规临床护理措施的基础上,接受健康教育和心理疏导,有助于其心理状态的改善,因而临床应用价值较高。 Objective:To explore the mental health education and counseling on coronary heart disease combined with psychological state of anxiety and depression of patients with improved effect. Methods: the clinical study of 60 cases of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 between January in patients with anxiety depression were selected, randomly divided into the con- trol group and the experimental group, the control group patients received conventional nursing care, patients in the experimental group re- ceived health education and psychological counseling, compared two groups of patients with mental state. Results:the experimental group patients with anxiety, depression score and cardiac function and heart rate were significantly better than the control group, two groups of patients with mental state compared statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: the clinical study results, coronary heart disease patients with anxiety and depression in routine clinical nursing measures, health education and psychological counseling, help their mental status improved, thus the higher the value of clinical application.
