彩色多普勒超声联合CT诊断乳腺癌的临床价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声联合CT诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。方法:将我院近期检查的乳腺肿块患者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,观察组采用彩色多普勒超声联合CT诊断乳腺癌,对照组采用彩色多普勒超声,比较2种检查法对疾病的诊断准确率。结果:观察组患者的诊断准确率为100%,对照组的诊断准确率为94%,观察组显著高于对照组,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声联合CT诊断乳腺癌的临床准确率高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore color doppler ultrasound combined with the clinical value of CT diagnosis of breast cancer Methods: Will our recent examination of 62 patients with breast lumps, randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 31 ), obser- vation group by color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) combined with CT in the diagnosis of breast cancer, the control group using color doppler ultrasound, comparing two test diagnosis accuracy of disease. Results:Observation group of patients with diagnostic accuracy was 100%, control group of diagnostic accuracy was 94%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, compared two groups, difference has statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Color doppler ultrasound combined with CT diagnosis of breast cancer clinical accuracy is high, is worth of clinical popularization and application.
