摘要
目的:探讨盆腹部MSCT扫描数据在测量正常髋关节间隙中的再应用价值。方法:对已行盆腹部多层螺旋CT扫描而无髋关节疾患的333例病例,进行薄层骨算法重建、图像MPR后处理,测量股骨头与髋臼前唇连线延长线间距、髋关节前、后间隙并进行统计学分析。结果:薄层重建、MPR处理后的髋关节图像清晰,所测数据满足研究需求。结论:利用盆腹部MSCT扫描数据对正常髋关节间隙的研究,是对MSCT容积数据的一次再利用,无需额外扫描,无辐射产生,既节能、又环保,是一项绿色研究,对髋关节正常值的制定、髋关节疾病的普查和诊断具有较高的应用价值。
Objective:To study the application value of lower abdominal MSCT scan data in measuring normal hip joint space. Meth- otis: Lower abdominal MSCT scan data of 333 cases without hip disease have been reconstructed by bone algorithm and MPR after - treat- ment. The spaces from femoral head to the line between anterior acetabulum labra and normal hip joint spaces were measured with MPR, and the statistical analysis was made. Results:By thin layer reconstruction and MPR after - treatment, the hip joint images are distinct. All the data meet the research needs. Conclusion: It might be a recycling of volume data to study normal hip joint space with lower abdomi- nal MSCT scan data. Extra radiation scan need not carry on, so it was an energy and green study. There were higher values in measuring normal hip joint space and the census and diagnosis of hip joint disease.
